Way back in 1980, when I was 19, I bought a red '72 GS 350 convertible for $700. All complete and fully functional, straight and rust free - just needed the tired roof replaced, which I had done for $500. The car was being sold by a guy the next block over from me....didn't have to do an extensive search to find it cuz cars like that were fairly plentiful. There was even an old neglected Superbird everyone knew about parked in the carport of a house on the north side of town. Those we the best days for musclecars because they were easy to find, cheap, and enjoyed for their purpose - today they seem to be enjoyed for their value first.

Comment by Khircold on December 22, 2010 at 5:58pm I like the black and gold, look nice on that wheels. Knew about GSX from diecastmusclecars.com but I do really want to get one of the GMP GN Streetfighter someday.
